Like most of us, I was on this new year's resolutions thing heavy but then I sat and thought about it and realised that Everyday is A New Year- Unless of course you are still a baby and have yet to reach year one then this wouldn't relate to you lol.

How To Plan A Happy Life

I've got a problem and that problem is I want to because I think it's a passion of mine but yet I don't want to after I've thought about it and convinced myself it's no longer a good idea. I thought thinking was suppose to help. How then can I plan a happy life?

I've always hated life questions that made me make a definite choice because that final decision demands dedication and commitment despite the consequences. That's a scary thought for me as I'm a human being and everyday I'm changing. No longer do I crave milk as I did 'just a couple years ago'- more like a couple decades! Neither does it do for me now what it did for me back then.

Powerful Anti-oxidants- Bajan (Acerola) Cherry

So the science is saying that acerola cherries can help kick cancer's butt? And they can  probably help to clean out my arteries! So why not eat 'The Fruit of Fruits When It Comes to Vitamin C' and get supplemented naturally.

Let's start off with the fact that these red balls of juiciness, fresh off the tree, contain loads of vitamin C. So much so that it only takes three to kill the cold. Well not quite but 2-3 cherries fulfill our daily value and in fact 100g (about a cup) contain at least 1600 mg of vitamin C- as far as the scientists say. To the average Joe those numbers mean nothing so let's put these numbers into perspective.

They say that a range of 25-90 mg of vitamin C per day is what we need. Depending on the individual's age and state of health, with the adult range leaning towards 60+mg. Or should I say this was the common range I found while researching on- NHS, USDA, FDA, NIH and Dietitians of Canada.

So, about a cup of cherries provides 1800% of our daily requirement or more and 2-3 cherries should do the job.

Chocolate Cake Goodness

Those who know me know that I detest cake that only taste like sugar. No! No! cake should have FLAVOUR- said just like Steve Carell. I find so many bakeries these days totally misunderstand this, stupse, and this is why nowadays I lick up my own eggs and buttah and chuck in some sugah-NOT THE WHOLE JAR!
